Odessa is the Workplace Coordinator at BoxOne Ventures, where she focuses on creating a seamless workflow and a highly organized environment. Tasked with managing events, Odessa ensures that the operational backbone of the office supports the team's broader mission with precision and care.

Before joining BoxOne, Odessa pursued an interdisciplinary academic path, earning an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Concordia University followed by a Master’s in Management and Sustainability from HEC Montréal. This unique combination allows her to approach organizational challenges with both a narrative lens and a deep commitment to environmental impact.

Outside of the office, Odessa is a creative at heart, often found reading, writing, or producing short films. An avid nature lover, she recharges by hiking and spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors.
